Quan Chau Co, Ltd. is very proud of our strong track record regarding manufacturing resilience. The best example of our stability in operations scaling pertains to the Covid-19 pandemic period during which we not only effectively navigated incredible manufacturing logistical challenges, we increase our manufacturing output by more than two-fold while also keep our employees safe using progressive sanitation practices on the manufacturing floor. Here are a few more specs worth mentioning

At present, we have five sets of high of speed tape line (Tdie 1800mm ) Hengli machines.
As of January 2022, our one month production capacity has been increase to 1500 tons of yarn.
The Quan Chau Co, Ltd. investment team is also the most experienced company for selling and distributing PP bag making machines in Vietnam, therefore it is very easy for us to quickly scale and increase our production output, acquire and bring into operations new machines.
